Children’s Ministries takes care of our kids from birth through 8th grade. Each division has a separate classroom with curriculums and teachers prepared to teach our children the Bible stories and values we know so well. It’s a great opportunity for our kids to make friends and for parents to do the same.
Join us for a family style virtual Sabbath school class each Sabbath at 10:00 am via Sunnyvale SDA Kids Facebook live and YouTube.
Our Classes
Sprouts
Birth – 3 years
Parents attend with their child and engage in an interactive lesson with songs and story. The curriculum is enhanced with the Playful Worship music and interactive songs so that the child and parent are interacting with the story and song together. There is time to interact with other families as well.
Kindergarten
3 years – end of Kindergarten
Kids will be highly engaged with the lesson and songs in this class. Utilizing the Jesus Storybook Bible as the main curriculum to bring the Bible stories to life in a wonderfully age appropriate way, the kids engage in songs, video, lesson, and activities in a fun way.
Primary
1st grade-4th grade
The kids will be deepening their Bible knowledge in this class with more opportunity for them to read out of their Bible, engage in art activities that help them apply the theme from the lesson, and learn how to make Jesus a part of their life.
Intermediates
5th -8th grade
These older kids will dive even deeper and begin to really question and apply the Bible stories and themes to their own lives. Discussion and activities are age appropriate and dynamic.
